Packaging Machine

Joysun provides packaging machines for softgel, capsule, tablet, gummy candies of semi and fully automatically. The series briefly split in bottle packing line, sachet packing line, pouch packing line and vial packing line. Capsule filling and counting into bottles, where packing machine counts capsule quantity accurately meanwhile fill them into bottles; following up with cap screwing, cap sealing, bottle sticker labeling and discharge. Gummy pouch packing line fills and measures the gummy either by weight or by pieces; and then pack gummy into ready pouch with afterwards pouch sealing, conveying, inspection and discharge. Sachet packing machine fill and measure gummy while form a bag/sachet at the same time. The sachet size is adjustable on the same machine. Several packing solutions and options for users to choose, that meets various package needs.
