This machine can be used as a stand-alone machine, or it can be combined with other equipment produced by our company to form a complete bottling production line.
Process: Place the SUBJECT (can be connected to the assembly line) → product conveying → product inspection → printing → labeling → collect the labeled products.
TTO Printing&Labeling Machine Feature
- Integrate printing and automatic labeling functions.
- One-to-one real-time printing and labeling, the printing content can be changed flexibly, without pre-printing, which is convenient for inventory management.
- Thermal transfer overprinting for information such as production date, batch number, anti-counterfeiting information, barcode, etc.
- The labeling precision is high, and the labeling belt adopts a deviation correction mechanism. the label does not deviate and is flat, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free.
- Sturdy and durable, the three-bar adjustment mechanism is adopted to make full use of the stability of the triangle. and the whole machine is sturdy and durable. Made of stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, in line with GMP production requirements.
- The chassis frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy material, which will never rust and fully meet the requirements of cGMP, FDA, SGS, and EU standards.
- With an automatic detection function, no labeling when there is a lack of subjects.
- The bottom of the equipment is equipped with casters, convenient to move around.
