Operation

1. Prior to machine operation, it is essential to inspect the equipment to ensure its normal functioning and make sure that the covers of the mixing barrels are securely closed.
2. Connect the power, setting the desired mixing time, and press the switch to start blending;
3. Following the mixing process, in case the discharging port’s position needs adjustment, ensure to power off the machine first before modifying the port’s position. The V-blender discharge port will stop at a downward direction whenever the blender stops.
4. Upon completion of work, thoroughly clean the machine, particularly the barrels, to prevent the accumulation of residual materials.

Suggested Maintenance
1. It’s important to note that the reducer requires sufficient lubricating oil and the transmission needs grease lubrication.
2. Users should carry out the blending machine maintenance every six months, including changing the reducer’s lubricating oil and assessing the aging of equipment components, replacing any aged components as necessary.
3. After a year or more of use, schedule comprehensive maintenance to inspect the gaps between each part and make appropriate adjustments to ensure the machine remains in optimal working condition.

Before operation, verify that the gear reducer contains a sufficient amount of oil.
